This page will list replenishment orders. Which are orders to move stock from one location to another. Listed by time made, or we could have a priority system.
By default orders are status "Pending", whilst at that status the action buttons are "Pick & Pack" which will activate a screen listing what products are on this order, with check boxes next to them (which can be upgraded to use barcode scanners). Once all products are checked off a button will appear to mark the order as "waiting for collection". The other action is to cancel the order, I can also add a button to edit order.
Whilst at status waiting for collection, the action is "Collected" which simply marks the order as "in transit" and changes the action to "Package delivered".
On delivery, the status is changed to "waiting stock check", the "Verify Delivery check" button then opens a stock check window for the order which is checked off on screen (but can be upgraded to barcode scanning in the future). Once that check is complete the order is marked as complete and by default will be hidden from the listings. There will be a way to view historic complete orders.
On an order being picked, the stock will be deducted from the locations stock it's leaving and added to a special "in transit" location. When delivered & checked, it will be added to the new locations stock.
Stock levels will be read/written to Shopify/Etsy as needed at the relevant point in the process.
