This page will list all products, clicking a product will take you through to a details page. It can also be broken down in to ranges if that makes more sense for how you organise. I've added a "tag" system as a suggestion as this is a nice way to do sorting and searching with custom fields. I'd need a break down of what information you'd like stored per product and I'd need more information on how you handle variants such as sizes and colours. E.g. are they extra SKUs do they have different barcodes. etc.

I've made the search box active so you can see how a search would work on this sort of page. You can search by any of the fields in the listing. Try "Pink" or "Oink".
